Our ultimate goal is to change the way these children experience their hardships. Since our organization’s establishment in September of 2017, we have raised over $100,000 for children in the Lansing area. Funds raised by our organization support event expenses that are put together in order to improve the lives of the children who are the main focus of our efforts. These events include school dances, field days and holiday parties/gifts for St. Vincent Children’s Home. We also put together care-packages and holiday cards for the pediatric patients at Sparrow Hospital, as well as work with MSU Dance Marathon to raise funds for Sparrow’s Children’s Miracle Network at the annual Spartython event. Furthermore, we provide weekly academic tutoring at St. Vincent Children’s Home, weekly mentorship at Ele’s Place, a center for grieving children, and assist in preparing meals and providing daycare assistance for Haven House, a homeless shelter for one-parent and two-parent families with children.
